Refund & Replacement Policy
At Time To Read, our goal is to make your reading experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details on how we handle such situations.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a book that is damaged or faulty, we will refund your payment in full and reimburse return shipping costs.
What to do:
- Contact us at hello@timetoread.now within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details and include photos of the damaged item for verification.
Already Read or Unwanted Books
If you’ve already read the book we sent or feel it doesn’t align with your preferences, we’ll refund your payment for that specific book.
Refund Process:
- Get in touch via hello@timetoread.online within 14 days of delivery.
- Share your order details and the reason for your request.
- Send us the book back within 14th days of contact to receive a full refund on the book. Returns after this date will not be processed.
- We only offer refunds if the sent book arrives undamaged. So make sure to package it properly. In many cases the original packaging can be reused.
- In some cases we also cover the return shipping costs which can be found below.

Return Shipping Reimbursement Policy
We will reimburse return shipping costs in the following cases:

If the book arrives damaged or faulty.

If the customer has already read or owns the book, and this could have reasonably been identified by us (e.g. it was clearly listed on a shared Goodreads profile or in previously submitted preferences).
We do not reimburse return shipping in the following situations:

If the customer has already read or owns the book, but this information was not available or visible to us (e.g. not listed on a shared Goodreads profile).

If the book does not match personal preferences or genre expectations, provided it falls within the general selection of the chosen subscription category.
We always strive to select books with care and hope for your understanding in helping us improve this service.
Subscription Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are limited to the first 14 days after purchase, provided no books have been shipped. After this period, refunds for partially used subscriptions are not available.
How to Request a Refund:

General Conditions
- Books do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.
- Refunds will be processed promptly, typically within 7-10 business days of approval.
