Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a book that is damaged or faulty, we will refund your payment in full.

Already Read or Unwanted Books

If you’ve already read the book we sent or feel it doesn’t align with your preferences, we’ll refund your payment for that specific book.

Refund Process:

• Get in touch within 14 days of delivery.
• Share your order details and the reason for your request.
• Send us the book back to receive your full refund.

Return Shipping Reimbursement Policy

We will reimburse return shipping costs in the following cases:

• If the book arrives damaged or faulty.

• If you already read or own the book, and this could have reasonably been identified by us (e.g. it was clearly listed on a shared Goodreads profile or in previously submitted preferences).

We do not reimburse return shipping in the following situations:

• If you have already read or own the book, but this information was not available or visible to us (e.g. not listed on a shared Goodreads profile).

• If the book does not match personal preferences or genre expectations, provided it falls within the general selection of the chosen subscription category.

Cancel Anytime – Flexible Subscription & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next book is shipped. Refunds are available within the first 14 days after purchase, provided no book has been sent. After this period, cancellations take effect for future shipments.
